Buyer Registration Policy
The Billings Market
Association is not open to the general public.
Only qualified buyers from retail stores will be
issued buyer badges.

All Buyers must stop
at the Registration Desk just inside the front doors of the Expo Center
to pick up their badges for each market.
No Buyer Badges will be mailed in advance.

If this is the 1st time this store has
registered, we do require
2 forms of business ID be submitted with your registration.
Acceptable ID's include items such as:
- a
copy
of your business license,
- federal
tax ID number,
- invoice
showing a quantity purchase
- sales
tax license,
- a
business card
Every buyer
must register for each market they attend as badges from previous
markets are not valid.
There is no registration charge for buyers from retail stores.
We do ask that extra guests, including children, be kept to a
minimum. Guest passes will only be given upon
a buyer's request. Extra guests (not buyers) over 2 per store,
excluding children, will be charged $10/person.
To pre-register for a particular market, please complete the following
form and return to the BMA Office at least 1 week before the actual
market. This enables us to have your badges printed and ready for
you to pick up upon your arrival. If you are registering the
store for the first time, please remember to include the required
verification forms.
Registration may also be done at the door. Please bring store
identification with you if your store is attending for the first time.

door upon your arrival.
Reminder: If the store has not registered with BMA previously,
we do need you to mail or fax the required verification forms.
