Setting the Booth:
Salesreps showing at their first Billings
Market are usually amazed to find the equipment set up in their booth
upon their arrival. "It's so easy here -- everything was
waiting for me!" is a very typical response. We request
a diagram of your booth layout on each Market Application and then have
it ready for you upon your arrival. With the exceptions of an
power outlet or grids, we do not charge extra for the following types

The following types of booth equipment are available
at no extra charge:

These sit on the floor and are about 5' long with 1 bar to
hang goods from.

All tables are covered by a white table cloth.
No tables are skirted. They are available in the following
Table (4 feet long by 2 1/2 feet wide)

Table (6 feet long by 1 1/2 feet wide)
Risers are either 6 feet or 8 feet long and are 12
inches high per shelf. They can either be
built as one shelf (a single riser) or as 2 shelves (a double riser).
All risers are covered with white table cloths. When
requesting equipment, please be sure to order the table in addition to

An optional Power Outlet is available for $35.00 per
market. This must be requested in advance.
In addition, we do have free-standing grids available for rent at
$10.00 each per market. These are available on a first requested
basis until our supply is exhausted. They measure 7 feet high by
not provided. Any floor coverings used within booths may not
be adhered in any way to the cement floor.
Curtains run along the
back of the booths, but side curtains are used only in the T-Shirt
