Membership in the Billings Market Association

 

To exhibit at any market of the Billings Market Association, an individual must first join the Association. Membership may NOT be made in a company or a sales group name. If you are the owner and sales force of a firm, you may apply for membership in your own name (not your company's name).  The company name (or names) you represent is/are listed within the individual member's listing in our Buyer's Guides.

Fees

New Membership Fee (payable by all new members) $100.00

Annual Dues (payable by all members before showing at their first market of each calendar year) $160.00

    For those joining at the September Market, the Annual Dues payment will carry over through the next calendar year.

2 Market Show Fees @ $90.00/each. It is mandatory to pay for two shows the 1st market of the calendar year for a total of $180.00.

   The 2nd Show Fee appears as a credit on the account to be applied to the September Show Fee for the same calendar year. 

Booth Space is based on size of booth. All booths are 12' deep and start at 10' long and progress in 2' long increments. Larger booths available.

   Booth Space Charges includes equipment (tables, risers, racks & chairs)

Optional Booth Equipment:

   Power Outlet $40.00

   Linen Rental $40.00 per booth.

       No tables nor risers will be covered with anything if this rental fee is not paid at the time the application is submitted.

   Booth Grid Rental @ $15.00/grid. These are 7' high by 2' wide black grids.

       Grids are not freestanding and we do not have feet to make them stand.

Print Ads in our Buyer's Guide:

A Buyer's Guide is published for each of our markets and mailed in advance to approximately 1100 stores. Additional copies are available at each market.  All ads are Black & White - no Color Ads or Bleeds will be accepted.  The following sizes are available:

  • Half Page (Copy size 7" wide by 4.8" high)            $ 80.00 per issue

  • Full Page (Copy size 7" wide by 9.8" high)             $ 120.00 per issue

  • Inside Cover Ad (Copy size 7" wide by 9.8" high)   $ 200.00 per issue

  • Banner Ad on Year Calendar Page (7"wide 1"high) $ 75.00 per issue (New)

  • Banner Ad on Appointment Page (7"wide 1"high)   $ 75.00 per issue (New)

  • Banner Ad on Listing Pages (7" wide x 1" high)      $ 50.00 per issue (New)

 

Display Grids by the Registration Desk:

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your product in prime space for the entire market.  Cost is $30.00/grid.  Each grid is given clear signage indicating the salesrep's name and booth number.
